Janice Cheng

Associate, Environmental Infrastructure Programs

Janice joined the Green Bank in 2024 as an Associate of Environmental Infrastructure Programs to support this new business unit in the development and execution of programs and initiatives. In this role, Janice assists with operations, design, implementation, and oversight as the team works to deploy environmental infrastructure with a focus on vulnerable communities and inclusive of land conservation, parks and recreation, agriculture, water, waste and recycling, and environmental markets.

Janice previously served as a Business Development Intern with the Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank, where she assisted with streamlining the Municipal Resilience Program and conducting market research for RIIB’s various programs in support of their resilience efforts across the state.

Janice graduated from the University of Connecticut with a dual degree in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics (B.S.) and Global Studies (B.A.). Her coursework and extracurricular involvement encompassed sustainability issues, international development, and multicultural immersion.
