William Colonis

Associate Director, Homeowner Engagement

Bill is Associate Director, Homeowner Engagement. In this role, Bill handles outreach to homeowners regarding our Home Solutions and answers questions regarding energy-related improvement projects. Previously, Bill was part of the incentive program team, and oversaw quality control for RSIP projects, solar lease portfolios, and customer interaction. He has worked for the Green Bank (or its predecessors) since 2009.

Prior to coming to the Green Bank, Bill worked as a project manager and environmental consultant for companies in Connecticut and New York.

Bill holds a number of certificates and course achievements, including International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA) Accredited Installer, Solar Energy International PV Design (certificate), Solar Thermal Workshop(s), Daylighting Seminar, Energy Efficiency Seminar(s), OSHA 1910.120. 40 Hour Hazmat-Hazwoper Certified, Introduction to ArcView GIS, North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) Certified, and Certified Radon Measurement Specialist.

Bill earned his MABA in psychology/elementary education from Merrimack College and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from Long Island University.
