He has vast experience with hot water and forced air heating systems, air conditioning, natural gas, oil, sheet metal layout and fabrication, electrical, as well as all other trade-related work. David also holds an S1 Unlimited Contractor license. As a business owner and HVAC professional, Dave has served thousands of satisfied HVAC customers throughout his long career. Due to David’s well-documented career in the HVAC field, he is well-suited to perform third-party inspections for the Smart-E Loan program
