Dan Terrell is a Licensed Home Inspector with the State of Connecticut and holds additional licenses with The FAA for aerial inspection, CT DEEP for Wood Destroying Insect Inspection and is an NRPP Certified Radon Measurement Professional.

Dan has been involved in building science and fire safety for 21 years and inspects for resource and energy efficiency (Green Building).
