Blaire Backman is the Corporate Paralegal at the Connecticut Green Bank. In this role, Blaire brings her strong skills in legal document preparation, file management, and litigation experience to the team.

Prior to joining the Green Bank, Blaire worked as a senior paralegal for the managing partner at a private law firm in Middletown, CT.

Blaire earned her B.A. in English from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, and obtained her paralegal certificate from Post University. During her college tenure, she interned at the State Legislative Office Building for the House Democrats.
