Neil McCarthy

Associate Manager

Neil currently works on the Smart-E Loan program, where he manages technical approvals and third-party inspections

Neil has worked in the clean energy field since 2010, mostly with the Connecticut Green Bank (and its predecessors), plus two years in Distributed Generation with Eversource Energy.  He has earned his North American Board of Certified Energy Professionals (NABCEP) Solar PV Associate certification and his International Ground-Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA) license. He has worked closely with solar PV and geothermal contractors on financing and incentive programs to deploy their technologies.

Neil holds a BS in Civil Engineering and an MS in Environmental Engineering, both from Carnegie Mellon University.
