Lynne began working for the State of Connecticut in 2005 as an assistant for the Yankee Ingenuity Program and later for the Investments Team at CT Innovations. She joined Green Bank predecessor, the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund, in 2007 and at various stretches over the course of the next 15+ years, provided support for the now-defunct New Technologies, On-site Distributed Generation, Lead By Example (in partnership with DEEP), AD/CHP, and RSIP programs and assisted with the administration of the ARRA-funded geothermal and solar thermal incentive programs. Currently, she is primarily responsible for assigning residential projects installed through the Energy Storage Solutions and Smart-E Loan programs to Green Bank third-party inspectors. And, for renewable energy credit monetization purposes, she tracks energy production data for projects completed under the legacy commercial solar PV program which have been hosted on 20 various monitoring platforms.
Before coming to the state, Lynne had been the administrator for Aetna’s fleet car safety program. Prior to that, she had worked as a consultant in the company’s Ergonomics Consulting department and was an analyst trainee in the Defined Contribution Administration department
