In accordance with Section 1-121 of the General Statutes of Connecticut, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Connecticut Green Bank (the ‘‘Green Bank’’) proposes to update the program guidelines (the ‘‘Program Guidelines’’) for the commercial sustainable energy program authorized pursuant to Section 16a-40g of the General Statutes of Connecticut (the “C-PACE Program”).
Summary of written procedures: The updated Program Guidelines for the C-PACE Program specify that roof upgrade projects seeking approval as a resilience improvement must be designed to meet the FORTIFIED Roof designation standards.
Statement of purpose: To adopt the updated Program Guidelines for the C-PACE Program.
The proposed Program Guidelines, together with certain referenced documents, may be viewed on Green Banks website, at the following address: https://www.ctgreenbank.com/publiccomment/. Copies of the proposed Program Guidelines may also be requested from Green Bank between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, by contacting Blaire Backman, Green Bank Corporate Paralegal at 860.541.5105 or by email at [email protected] .
