A Smart-E Loan can be used for any of the following home improvements. Find a Contractor to start planning your project and ensure it meets the technical standards specified below. Your contractor can determine if any home improvements are eligible for incentives. After the installation process an inspector may be sent to ensure quality.

Residential well improvements
This includes: filtration: connecting to public water; overdrilling, redrilling, or relocating well on property; pumps or other equipment.

Repairs to or replacement of existing systems.

Plant native and/or shade trees (or remove dead trees)
