Stephanie Layman

Stephanie joined the Connecticut Green Bank in November 2023 and currently serves as Associate Manager, Transaction Management & C-PACE Administration on the Financing Programs Team.

In her role, Stephanie supports the administration of the C-PACE program throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with property owners, contractors, and internal teams from application through closing and beyond. She leads post-closing C-PACE administration, helping guide projects through construction disbursements, project completion, ongoing servicing, and repayment.

Stephanie also supports the Financing Programs Team in coordinating C-PACE transactions and improving the processes and systems that help projects move efficiently from application through closing and long-term administration.
