Senior Associate, Incentive Programs

Will DeTeso graduated from Colgate University in May of 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Economics and a Minor in Classics. As a student, Will was heavily involved in both economic and environmental coursework. Will was most engaged by his classes that focused on environmental justice and equity. During his senior year, Will wrote his thesis on the network effect of solar panels using Green Bank data.

Will began working at the Green Bank as an intern in the summer of 2019. He returned as an intern the following summer and worked part time as a consultant during the Covid-19 pandemic. Will is now a Senior Associate and part of the Incentive Programs Team. He primarily focuses his time on the Residential Solar Investment Program (RSIP).
