Stefanie Keohane

Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives

Stefanie works across internal and external teams to advance the Green Bank’s federal funds strategy, implementation, and compliance.

Prior to joining the Green Bank in 2024, Stefanie led the Clean and Affordable Energy team at the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA).  At PURA, Stefanie advanced a range of clean energy, rate design, and energy affordability policies and programs, including the establishment of Connecticut’s electric vehicle charging program for light-duty vehicles and the creation of a low-income discount rate for residential electric customers.

Stefanie earned a Master of Environmental Management degree from the Yale School of the Environment and a B.A. in International Affairs and Environmental Science from Lafayette College.  Stefanie received the “Rising Star” award from the Connecticut Power and Energy Society in 2020.  A Connecticut native, she keeps busy raising her three children with her husband.
