Shawne Cartelli

Controller

Shawne joined the Green Bank in 2019 as the Controller. Shawne works in the accounting department focusing primarily on monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, including assisting the Executive VP of Finance and Administration with preparation of the audited Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). In her role as Controller she’s responsible for quarterly cash flow reporting to the State as well as quarterly and annual Statements of Cash Flows for the ACFR. She has ownership of the Green Bank’s reporting requirements for the Small Business Energy Advantage (SBEA) program, which is administered by Eversource as part of their energy efficiency programs. Additional responsibilities include preparation and filing of federal 1099’s, special projects and ad hoc reporting as needed.

Prior to joining the Green Bank, Shawne spent over 15 years as part of the accounting team of a few manufacturing companies, most recently as Controller for JF Fredericks Aero, LLC. She started her career in public accounting focusing on governmental accounting with Blum Shapiro.

Shawne is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Central Connecticut State University (2002), and a Masters in Accounting and Taxation degree from the University of Hartford (2003).
