Shannon joined the Green Bank team in 2024 as an Associate Portfolio Manager, where she plays a key role in supporting homeowners leasing solar equipment through the Connecticut Green Bank.

Holding a BA in Economics from UConn, Shannon has a strong foundation in problem-solving, organizational strategy, and process optimization. Before joining the Green Bank, she held several management roles at a leading solar contractor, where she focused on driving operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction. Shannon is passionate about improving business structures and fostering positive relationships, always striving to deliver the best experience for the people and communities she serves.
