Sara Harari

Director of Innovation

Sara Harari is the Director of Innovation at the Connecticut Green Bank. She leads a team that supports new market development, launching programs to deploy clean and resilient infrastructure across the state. At the Green Bank, Sara co-chaired the Hydrogen Task Force, the Innovation Advisory Council, and, most recently, the Bidirectional EV Working Group. She is a founding board member of ClimateHaven, a climatetech incubator.

Prior to this role, she worked at National Grid to accelerate DER deployment and grid integration, with a focus on advanced control technology and ensuring equitable access to clean energy. Sara started her career designing energy efficient buildings and thermal power plants with Jacobs Engineering. Sara holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment, and a BS in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.
