Solar Project Manager

Nikki joined the Green Bank team in December 2023 as a Solar Project Manager for Solar MAP on the Financing Programs Team. In this role, Nikki manages our EPC partners selected to construct the solar projects in the program and as well as the projects from closing to commercial operation.

Prior to her work with Green Bank, Nikki was an Operations Manager at a local solar company managing both the project management and field team staff members. This gave her the opportunity to not only learn about the business side of solar but also the hands-on side, helping all her team members develop their careers and improve the company’s processes.

While working she also earned her MBA in Project Management from Post University. Taking on the challenge of working and going to school full-time helped develop her skills and find a passion for working with people and building strong relationships. She was also elected as Board Chair of the Business Student Advisory Board in its inception year at Post University.

Outside of her professional work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoying time at the pool or on the beach, and playing basketball.
