Karl Johnson

Associate, Asset Management and Compliance

Karl Johnson is the Green Bank’s Associate for Asset Management and Compliance. In this role, Karl helps the Green Bank centralize the existing commercial asset management functions and build new processes.

Karl joined the team from UCONN where he earned a BS in Management and Engineering for Manufacturing. He has experience in data analysis (including SQL), and he conducted research on the break-even analysis of battery energy storage systems for Cadenza Innovation.

Karl interned with Stanley Black & Decker, Arthur G. Russel, and Gilman Brothers Co. developing new processes and improving their existing processes through implementing lean ideologies.

Outside of his studies, he helped UConn develop its MEM program over five semesters working as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and MEM Lab Manager.
