Joe serves as an Associate in Data Analytics and Compliance on the Data & Impact team at the Connecticut Green Bank, where he applies a comprehensive blend of analytical expertise and compliance knowledge to enhance organizational processes. With a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts and a foundational degree in Economics, Joe excels in developing streamlined, efficient systems that support regulatory compliance and data management.

In his role, Joe focuses on optimizing data workflows and enhancing reporting mechanisms to ensure that the organization adheres to all compliance requirements while maximizing operational efficiency. His efforts include automating data collection and integration processes, as well as redesigning data visualization tools to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.
