Ashley Stewart Brown is the Senior Manager of Environmental Infrastructure Outreach at the CT Green Bank. Ashley is an environmental engineer and planner with nearly two decades of experience in environmental infrastructure management across the region. She joined the Connecticut Green Bank in 2022, initially as a consultant and later as the first dedicated hire supporting the organization’s expansion into environmental infrastructure investment. Her work has focused on shaping the strategic direction of this expansion, building partnerships and stakeholder relationships across sectors, and connecting environmental policy objectives with the Green Bank’s financing tools to identify and advance opportunities that support Connecticut’s goals for water infrastructure, land conservation, parks and recreation, waste and recycling, agriculture, and climate resilience.

Ashley earned her B.S. in civil engineering from Temple University, her master’s degree from Yale University’s School of the Environment, and her graduate certificate from Yale’s School of Public Health in Public Health and Climate Change.
