Technical Reviewers are approved by the Connecticut Green Bank to perform technical review of C-PACE projects. Technical review is required for all projects and is intended to validate the reasonableness of project costs and energy savings projections and to confirm that the savings to investment ratio (SIR) of the project is greater than one. Capital providers or project developers may work with the Green Bank and its C-PACE Technical Administrator to meet the technical review requirement or may contact these entities directly for technical review services.
