The Connecticut Green Bank Informative Workshop Menu is a comprehensive resource highlighting potential partnership opportunities between the Green Bank and Connecticut’s Councils of Governments (COGs), municipalities, and regional organizations. The Informative Workshop Menu covers Green Bank solutions that may be relevant to your regional and local priorities. The Green Bank’s Informative Workshops provide educational opportunities to the towns and cities you serve – helping identify ways to access green solutions, use less energy, and be more resilient.

The following opportunities are built around Green Bank offerings and the audience they serve including municipalities, school systems, commercial building owners, and homeowners. Each workshop will share detailed overviews of the products available to the specified audience. We can also work with you to build a unique workshop if these options don’t meet your needs or focus on how Green Bank programs can support certification in the Sustainable CT Action framework! Below, we list a general description of our products, the topics included in each workshop, and an example series schedule.

Please contact us to schedule a workshop or ask any questions.

It’s Easy to get Started!

Step 1 (Optional): Identify Target Stakeholders and/or Products

The Informative Workshop Menu provides descriptions of both products and relevant stakeholders, enabling you to target your workshops towards specific programs (e.g. C-PACE) or groups (e.g. School Districts). If you’re unsure which stakeholders or products you’re interested in discussing, no problem! Our staff is happy to meet with you and discuss your goals for a workshop series.

Step 2 (Optional): Identify Potential Dates/Times for your Workshops

Due to the collaborative nature of our Informational Workshops, Green Bank staff will host and present at all planned events. To ensure that staff can attend, please identify dates and times that may work with you, your team, and your target audience. We will do our best to work with your preferred dates yet will work with you and your team if any scheduling conflicts arise.

Step 3: Connect with Green Bank Staff

Whether you’ve identified your target stakeholders and potential schedule, or if you’d like assistance from the Green Bank, reach out to the Community Outreach Team, and a team member will be in contact shortly to schedule a preliminary call. We look forward to discussing our collaboration and ways to serve your towns and cities.
