Financing to fit any home energy improvement need

Re-development costsThe Green Bank provides line of credit for 75% of costs
Rate1.99% for qualified affordable & 4.99% for market-rate

SecuritySecurity options may include mortgages, guarantees or others

  • Design, engineering and bidding work
  • Costs to secure energy upgrade project financing
  • Other reasonable expenses needed to get your energy project designed and funded

Eligibility Requirements

  • Multifamily properties (5+ units, income eligible and market rate)
