Associate Manager

Stephanie joined the Connecticut Green Bank in November 2023 as a Senior Administrative Assistant, supporting the Financing Programs Team. She has since been promoted to Associate Manager, Transaction Management & C-PACE Administration, Financing Programs.

Prior to joining the Green Bank, Stephanie held the position of office manager for an auction gallery, where she focused on identifying ineffective workflow processes and implementing solutions to improve the overall performance of the office. She also took on dual roles of senior executive assistant and marketing coordinator for a local home improvement company where she focused on supporting senior staff, making the business a household name, and coordinating community events.
